- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Identify new BI projects and capabilities with the global Shared Services team
- Create reports, data sets, and tools independently or with analysts
- Diagnose and support Power BI reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and security
- Stay updated on Microsoft Power BI releases and new technologies for BI improvement
- Develop visualizations and queries for various requests and ongoing projects
- Background in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
- Experience in market research, business analytics, or similar roles within healthcare or FMCG
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python; interest in AI, ML, and Data Science a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication skills for working across different teams
- Passion for leveraging new technologies to drive change
- Team player with a collaborative mindset
