- Collaborate with HQ team to establish China Client insight and store dashboard.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client, product, social behavior, and channel insights for company and retail.
- Assist in the development of China Power BI dashboard.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for retail, management, and internal partners.
- Provide targeted client lists to support retail KPIs, events, and WeCom communications.
- Work with IT teams to develop and oversee Bulgari China CDP.
- Ensure smooth operation and application from the CRM side.
- Collaborate with line manager and IT team to develop China Bulgari CRM Database & Platform.
- Coordinate with LVMH group and IT to implement data projects effectively.
- Graduated from Business School/Master or BA requested
- Fluent in English & Mandarin
- A previous experience of at least 3 years in CRM, Data analysis.
- Experienced in Power BI set up and maintenance is a plus.
- Experienced in data modeling is a plus.

Mission Statement:
Based in Shanghai within the Greater China Omnichannel department and reporting to the Digital CRM & Data Manager, the mission is to cultivate a CRM culture across the company. This involves championing a customer and data-centric approach to enhance both new client acquisition and retention efforts. Additionally, the role supports the strategic development of clientele insights and effective client communication, while also contributing to the integration of China Power BI and exploring innovative business insight solutions.
