- advise senior management, business area leaders and employees across region on understanding and responding to business ethics compliance risks related to strategic goals of the region.
- monitor and report the results of the compliance and ethics efforts of the company and provide guidance for the senior management team on matters relating to compliance.

In alignment with the Dematic Compliance Officer and KION Corporate Compliance:
·Contributes to setting the compliance strategy for region
·Leads regional quarterly Compliance Review Boards.
·Develops, initiates, maintains, and updates regional and local strategic compliance policies and procedures.
·Manages day-to-day operation of the compliance program: Training (incl. training material), risk assessments of the overseen entities, whistleblowing management, 3rd party screening (also in M&A processes), conflict of interest checks
·Contributes to and works closely with functions having an interface to compliance, e.g. sustainability, data protection, legal, HR, Internal Audit, Internal Investigations
·Support Data Protection function for assigned region.
Required Qualifications:
·5+ years' experience with global compliance experience incl. interaction with senior management as a reliable and trusted business partner.
·Business proficiency in written and spoken English and fluent in Chinese.
·Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to express complex information and processes in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
·Solid analytical skills and ability to respond to complex challenges with innovative measures that can be used at strategical, tactical, and operational level in various business and regulatory environments.
·Ability to travel up to 35%.
