- Defines strategies and programs to achieve business goals, build the mechanism, and drive the enhancement
- Closely work with AB global and local business team to drive program implementation and feature adoption by local sellers
- Drive local initiatives and partner with Global and local team to scale up across 3 Marketplaces (US, EU, JP)
- Build mechanism and acting as a proxy to reflect VOS in a systematic way
- Work relentlessly to improve existing process to ensure a seamless communication across local team, central PMO and AB leadership team
- Regularly update program progress and call out hits and misses to the leadership
- Facilitate/support region leader to manage critical business review
- 8+ years in program management or business management
- Ability to work across multiple teams to drive alignment and execution
- Ability to work tactically and strategically and balance the short term and long term tradeoffs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English, with the ability of presenting to senior management
- Excellent project/process management skills in handling projects, priorities, and deliverables against deadlines
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to handle data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop tools, and evaluate outcomes
- Innovative; loves to challenge status quo and reinvent on behalf of our Sellers and Business Customers
- MBA or Master's degree in relevant fields
- Experience with SQL or other statistical analysis tools
- Experience of working internationally
- Experience in ecommerce company
