- Work closely with crossteam to manage key productivity operation workstreams, i.e. program management/data analysis/reporting/goal setting/performance reviews/program operational works
- Interact with multiple stakeholder / business teams to translate ambiguous requirements to execution, coordinate among stakeholders to deploy global policy in local markets
- Leverage data tools such as Excel, SQL, to generate indepth data analysis and drive the productivity initiatives
- Structures workflow across the team to effectively prioritize operational support activities
- Develop SOPs, workflows, metrics, reports or other tools to assist business teams to maximize productivity
- 8+ years of professional experience in program management / consulting firms / Sales operation / data analytics / financial roles
- Strong Excel with SQL skills preferred
- Experience in developing SOPs, build mechanism for complicated working process
- Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and build partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Financial knowledge with financial analytic skills is a plus
- SQL/query with analytical skills on SQL is a plus

Amazon's Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team currently seeks a results oriented Business Operation Program Manager who can learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment.
In this role, s/he will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling Productivity Team, providing critical support to AGS Productivity program in communicating with global/internal stakeholders, identifying opportunity for operation improvement, data & insights generation, as well as optimizing existing work process and develop tools & mechanisms to improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated project/program management skills and specifically the ability to shape work for themselves and supporting other team mates.
The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders within the organization.
