- An aspiring journalist with a strong knowledge of street culture terminology who can identify trends and package them into an easy-to-digest news format. This role will require you to source, write and publish daily news articles and work with the team to develop feature stories for Hypebeast China. This experience will teach you how to create digital news and long-form content, how to conduct interviews and how to work as a part of the global editorial team.
- The candidate is at the cutting edge of the cultural zeitgeist, understanding internet, social and youth culture and how to credibly and sensitively work within in whilst maintaining brand integrity.
- Assist the Editorial Team to produce daily content, both news and features, for the website and social media platforms.
- Research and identify emerging subcultures and new communities that Hypebeast can grow into, in order to expand our audience reach.
- Follow and contribute to a content calendar across editorial, social and video, while aligning with Hypebeast media directions.
- Execute content writings across the website and social media outlets while ensuring all outputs are accurate, punctual, original and in line with our scope of coverage.
- Work closely with the Editorial Team, the Creative Team, and the Sales Team to help with different projects assigned.
- A recent graduate or currently enrolled in a college or university.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English as well as a native speaker in Mandarin.
- A team player but able to work independently.
- Have a high interest in social media and current trends.
- Passionate about youth culture, fashion, sneakers, and other verticals covered by HYPEBEAST.
- Proactive and willing to learn with a positive attitude.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
- Available to intern from Monday to Friday (10AM to 7PM), for minimum 3 months.

Currently operating in over 15 markets, readers can stay up to date with the latest culturally-relevant news and developments on men's fashion.The HYPEBEAST Internship Program gives participants an in-depth look at how an international media company operates on a day-to-day basis. Interns will have an opportunity to learn more about the company, such as editorial content, photography, videography production, branded media campaigns, etc. Interns will also get hands-on experience under expert supervision of leaders in the industry. Interns will leave the program with a sense of accomplishment, and enhanced skills they can build upon in their academic and professional careers.We are looking for an intern to join our Media Team. The Editorial Intern will work closely with our Editorial Team and Creative Team to create daily news content across Hypebeast's core verticals – fashion, sneakers, music, art, design, culture, tech, automotive and more.
