- Create Campaigns and Assets in line with the brand platform that maintain and emphasize the singularity of Boucheron
- Answers the need of internal teams: Content, Insights, Media, Social, CRM, Website, Marketing, PR, Store Design, E-commerce
- Create performing contents and define the editorial strategy of Boucheron
- Ensure good collaboration and achievements with internal (cross department) and external teams
- Guarantee the deliver on time of campaigns and assets based on agreed timelines and business needs
- Project management on ad hoc projects: Documentaries, Heritage content, podcasts, Sustainability projects, exhibitions, ...
- Define and plan annual editorial agenda
- Develop creative briefs for agencies based on department needs and answer image and awareness needs
- Validation and optimization of creative concepts and talents (Including, photographers, Directors, styling, product assortments) with an image point of view to position Boucheron as the Most Stylish High Jewelry Maison
- Project management on shootings and campaign creations (Timeline, budget, quality of deliverables)
- Supervision of product selection in line with communication needs and alignment with APAC and Global Marketing Strategy
- Supervision of delivery and stock allocation on products for shooting needs with supply chain (local and global)
- Post Production, validation and timeline process management
- Brand Content and Content creation budget management
- Close collaboration with APAC and HQ on remote shootings and concept validations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content manager in the luxury or jewelry industry or in leading PR agency.
- Native Mandarin speaker with fluent command of English in both oral & written
- Expertise on digital and social ecosystem
- With creative eye and mindset
- Well organized and respect of process and timelines
- High standards of creative approach/Craft and understanding of luxury brand expectations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
