- Ensure a significant increase in penetration at Key Account and chains, contributing to budget achievement, enhancing and developing a coherent and consistent approach, both in terms of range and commercial terms.
- Ensure the application of the KA commercial strategy shared with the Sale Direction, developing and coordinating new relationships, retaining existing customers while at the same time promoting a stream of information on existing customer or prospect chains within the branch.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Networking and representing the company at industry events
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the products and services the company provides
- Providing detailed and accurate forecasting on KPIs and targets
- Working with management to agree budgets, target clients and strategy in line with overall business plan
- At least 5 years of proven experience as sales/KA manager, in equipment for coffee shop business in the China market
- Bachelor or master degree in business, marketing or engineering
- Coffee shop business development experience is a must. Passion for Coffee Industry.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Language Skills: Chinese and English
- Computer Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Sales Force
- Self-motivated and independent character
