    Job Description and Qualifications

    Purpose

    Lead machine center team and complete Machining work according production drawing.

    Nature and Scope

    Complete production machine tasks according to production requirement.

    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Be in charge of machining shop management. Be in charge of production planning for machining work. Lead machining center team to carry out daily work. Program for 5 axis lathe machine according to production order and drawings. Operate 5axis lathe machine and other lathe machine skillfully. Lead daily maintenance work for lathe machines. Coordinate with Maintenance team for maintenance activity. Lead 5S activity of machine center. Actively participate in workshop improvement and related training. Other tasks assigned by shop supervisor.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years' experience on CNC machine (Lathe or Machine center). Previous use of MAZAK equipment is preferred.
  • Familiar on process of machining, and capability to program simply.
  • Familiar on operating for 3 or 4 axis Machine center.
  • .
  • Familiar with UG software or others equivalent is preferred.
  • Good drawing reading skills.
  • .
  • Basic knowledge of repair and maintenance is preferred.
  • College degree or above
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and hard-working spirit.
