We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1、基于当前大会员覆盖的业务和客户概况,与协同部门紧密合作,设计合理的大会员的渗透路径和营销策略,实现客户的会员转化,以实现大会员规模的持续稳定增长;
2、负责会员分层运营,拉动客户的升级进阶,优化会员的客群结构,并通过精细化的用户运营策略落地,实现会员活跃、转化、留存等相关指标;
3、负责高端会员的权益策划,整合内外部的资源,丰富和完善会员权益体系;
4、负责跨部门的项目合作和协调沟通,推动相关项目在大会员体系下的落地,实现双赢;
5、从会员平台的角度思考,抽象和沉淀会员的各项运营能力,提升运营效率;
6、与产品团队协作,提升客户会员整体满意度,在权益使用、功能交互、会员互动等方面持续关注和优化客户的会员体验。
RequirementsTo be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1.全日制本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告学及相关专业优先;
2.5年及以上用户运营、会员运营的相关经验,有金融或互联网高端客户运营工作经验优先;
3.有较强的用户洞察力和数据分析能力,擅长用户行为路径引导,富有巧思;
4.有平台化运营思路,设计开放的平台机制,有平台运营经验优先;
5.具有较强的业务学习能力,有较强的业务服务意识,责任心强。
