    We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

    In this role, you will:

    Have a clear understanding of Pan-China WPB business objectives, growth drivers and pain points

    By business line, have a deep understanding of business drivers, and meeting / conversion targets by month, and day-to-day work closely with required data, frontline and leads owners to drive delivery against targets in a cost efficient manner

    Develop deep understanding of target audience client needs, pain points, objections in order to have sufficient insight to create creative, and meaningful client engagement activities, including but not limited to events, gift campaigns, offers

    Understand competitor activities to ensure our events and campaigns are differentiated to market and attractive to client

    Partner closely with Proposition team to have a deep understanding of our offerings, differentiators and hero offerings to incorporate where possible into client engagement activities

    Where relevant, work closely with Creative and Media team to ensure adequate creative design and promotion of our activities

    Work with external agencies to ensure flawless execution of events and gift campaigns

    Maintain rigorous review of cost efficiency (ROMI) vs impact of client activation activities

    Collaborate closely with research teams as needed to test approaches

    Post implementation, review results from data, frontline and client feedback to understand effectiveness and future enhancement opportunity

    Requirements

    To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

    1. business driven: familiar with business KPIs of insurance company, and have deep understanding of how to drive business results
    2. marketing skill: be mature in client event design & execution, as well as event related copy writing (press release, wechat article etc).
    3. frontline communication & motivation skill: be good at communicate with frontline, and motivate frontline on how to leverage marketing assets to serve clients
    4. resourceful: be resourceful on providing money-can-not-buy experience to clients, especially HNW.
    5. [nice to have] 同时拥有外资(含合资保险公司)和内资民企工作经验
    6. [nice to have] 拥有前线销售和中后台工作经验为佳;中后台工作经验包括strategy, business planning, marketing etc.
