    Singapore Business Manager, Wealth Management

  • Help to proceed the onboard process Private Wealth Management clients, Clientfacing, Collect KYC documents from clients, Arrange account opening
  • Arrange pre-trade compliance suitability check, take investment orders fromclients and place the orders (Equities, Fixed Income, Fund, Structure Products,etc) to HK dealing team for execution
  • Support Sales in identifying local client prospects and preparing necessarymarketing materials in local context
  • Act as client local contact point on maintenance enquiries
  • Perform trade booking and provide trade support services to client in Singaporeteam
  • Responsible for the trade reconciliation process on trades in front office andback office systems, provides resolution of trade and settlement failure ifhappened.
  • Work closely with other team members such as RMs, HK trading team, SG financeand compliance to ensure trade flow process in Singapore is smooth
  • Assist to prepare business management reporting
  • Ad hoc project work, business system requirement gathering or testing from SGperspective may be required.
  • 8years or above experience in related field experience;
  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel formula, trading execution system;
  • Degree in Finance, information technology or related disciplines;
  • Ateam player with self-motivated, target-oriented and hardworking;
  • Work with different teams in SG and HK;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese, proficiency inCantonese is a bonus
  • Aquick learner, able to analyze and interpret data, develop logical solutionsfor business need.
