- Overall industrialization and general Project Management.
- Project Manager coordinating operational activities.
- Budget planning for the NPI project and coordinate the cost control in operation stage.
- Business improvement projects as part of the job.
- Ensure NPI project status management for industrialization tasks of new products.
- Ensure good NPI project status communication to the divisional NPI teams and to Operations stakeholders.
- Project management of product transfer projects between Barco Suzhou and other Barco plants with reasonable cost and delivery time.
- Other tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Above 5 years with process & project management experience.
- Experience in display industry is preferred.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Full operations cooperation and ownership.
- Rich experience of team management and coaching.
- Be able to influence & inspire team member.
- Able to manage and execute multiple, complex tasks and deal with work pressure.
- Good Communication skills and fluent English abilities both in oral & written.
- Analytical thinking with self-initiatives & positive working attitude.
- Good knowledge of lean and continous improvement.
- PMI/PMP certificate is a plus
