    Key Objectives/Deliverables:

  • 运用精益改善理论,主导和完成持续改进项目的开展和执行实施:

    • Leading and completing projects with Lean philosophy

  • 管理和协调工厂持续改进项目的开展和资源分配

    • Management and coordination the CI projects implementation with resource

    allocation.

  • 跟进项目的执行,向倡导者和管理层报告项目进展;

    • Track the CI project execution, report the progress to Champion & lead team.

  • 为持续改进项目提供技术指导,帮助组织改善体系和流程;

    • Provide technical support to CI projects to achieve the operational excellence.

  • 将通过项目实施获得的知识传递给组织其他成员;

    • Deliver the knowledge and skills in project execution to organization.

  • 执行复杂或交叉职能的项目(如制造工厂和贸易公司)

    • Execute cross geographies or complex cross functional projects (such as manufacturing/affiliate function).

  • 在 CCI 业务流程元素上与其他工厂和职能进行基准比较

    • Benchmarking with other sites and functions on CCI business process elements

  • 识别并影响复制机会

    • Identifying and influencing replication opportunities

  • 有效地推广精益改善的理论,积极营造持续改进的文化氛围

    • Promoting and embedding the Lean concept, build the CI culture in the organization

  • 识别过程改进机会并选择最有效的工具和技术实现改进;

    • Identifying the opportunities to improve the process excellence and use the

    effective tools and technology to make it success.

  • 推动生产力计划落实到 BP

    • Facilitate the productivity initiatives into business Plan.

  • 宣传精益概念

    • Promote the lean philosophy.

  • 向组织传达精益改善理念,建立对持续改进管理的共识;

    • Engraining the concepts of the Lean concept into the organization and build the common understanding on continuous improvement.

  • 推动持续改进

    • Drive Continuous Improvement program.

  • 制订和实施持续改进的培训和指导

    • Deliver the continuous improvement training/coaching to appropriate individual and team member with plan.

  • 提供工厂精益培训的内容,并就 LPS 和 LMS 的执行提供指导

    • Providing local delivery of lean training content and providing coaching on the execution of LPS and LMS

  • 为项目经理和主管提供指导

    • Provide coaching to project leaders and leaders on DMS.
