- Provide end to end Sales Administration Support which includes generating of quotation, commercial proposal/contracts and invoices.
- Updating the status of contract information in In-House Resource Management System
- Coordination of work with another Departments on need basis
- Coordination with Customer on quotation, contracts and invoices on need basis.
- To provide office administration support and help on marketing events
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports as per HQ requirement
- Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor or Management
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Prior experience in providing Administrative and Accounting support would be an advantage
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail
