- Responsible for maritime operations related matters, such as concrete implementation of maritime cargo acceptance, consolidation, transportation and distribution scheduling plans
- Organize, arrange and coordinate the acceptance, storage, transportation and distribution of goods;
- Track ship and cargo dynamics;
- Production, review and confirmation of relevant documents such as declaration documents and bills of lading;
- Confirm expenses with customers and track charges;
- Cargo tracking and data archiving
- Good communication and coordination skills;
- Good English; fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
- More than 2 years working experience in shipping operations in the freight forwarding industry is preferred;
- Do things carefully, carefully and patiently; have good teamwork spirit;
- Persons with relevant experience in customs declaration and counter distribution are preferred
