BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province.Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be BASF's largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF.
BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.
主要任务:
- 根据实验室检验计划安全、准确、高效地完成常规及非常规各项分析任务。
- 执行管理制度所规定的分析方法校准与质控要求。
- 做好设备的日常维护、保养及校准工作。
- 参与中央实验室新设备的安装调试以及方法的建立、校准和验证。
- 正确记录、汇报所有生产及安全事件。
- 检查分析结果并确保其能够传达到不同的相关方。
- 参与实验室日常的化学品库存管理,确保化学品库存能够满足生产需求。
- 严格执行公司所有的安全规范和日常"5S"管理规范。
- 参与新实验室技术人员的培训工作,并确保将培训的内容能够反映在培训档案中。
- 参与BASF一期项目分析方法和管理制度的编写,Lims及CDS系统的建设。
- 参与中央实验室化学品管理和班组日常管理工作流程的设计与优化。
- 根据公司安排接受各类培训,具备为将来一期项目装置开工及运行提供分析服务的能力。
- 接受倒班工作安排。
- 具有化学化工相关专业大专或以上学历。
- 五年以上实验室工作经验,熟悉工厂实验室基本工作流程,对色谱、光谱或者湿化学分析有较为丰富的经验。具有大型乙烯化工或炼油项目工作经验者优先。
- 具备良好的计算机技能, 熟悉Lims系统操作。具备良好英语沟通能力者优先。
