BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province.Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be BASF's largest investment with up to US$10 billion upon completion and would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF.
BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be the third-largest BASF site worldwide, and will be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the latest digital technologies and applying the highest safety standards.
岗位职责:
- 配合编写BASF一期项目分析方法和管理制度。
- 配合中央实验室新设备的安装调试以及方法的建立、校准和验证。
- 配合Lims及CDS系统的建设工作。
- 配合中央实验室建筑物及水、电、气、风、网络等条件审查工作。
- 接受公司各类培训,具备为装置开工及运行提供分析服务的能力;监督岗位人员的培训工作。
- 参与开工试剂、物料的准备工作。
- 负责本班组的安全管理,严格执行公司安全规范和日常"5S"管理规范。
- 组织本班生产运行,安全、准确、高效地完成各项分析任务,异常情况及临时性要求与相关方进行沟通并处理。
- 负责本班班组人员管理及样品流转等第三方人员管理,以及周末及节假日期间白班人员的管理。
- 负责本班分析数据的审核、及时报出,样品及异常数据的处理 。
- 作为LIMS系统的关键用户,负责当班期间LIMS系统的正常运行。
- 配合完成实验室技术人员的日常培训,督促本班组人员接受必要的培训。
- 配合分析方法的校准和质量控制工作。
- 配合设备的日常维护、保养及计量检定工作。
- 确保岗位化学试剂、工器具等满足生产需要;完成本班留样的登记与留存管理。
- 接受倒班工作安排,有良好的服务意识。
- 具有化学化工相关专业大专或以上学历。
- 七年以上实验室工作经验及两年以上实验室班组管理经验,熟悉工厂实验室基本工作流程,对色谱、光谱或者湿化学分析有较为丰富的经验。具有大型乙烯化工或炼油项目工作经验,并了解典型生产装置工艺流程者优先。
- 具备良好的计算机技能,熟悉Lims系统操作。具备良好英语沟通能力者优先。
