BASF is currently building a new Verbund site in Zhanjiang, Guangdong province. Announced in July 2018 and officially commenced in November 2019, BASF Zhanjiang Verbund Site Project would be operated under the sole responsibility of BASF. BASF Zhanjiang Verbund site would ultimately be built into a role model for smart manufacturing and sustainable production by utilizing the digital technologies and applying the high safety standards.工作职责:
1. 根据公司的维护策略,负责装置动设备日常的维护保养工作,参与设备的调试及开车,确保装置动设备的可靠性运行;
2. 抓好质量,确保安全,掌握进度,降低消耗,搞好文明检修工作。确保按计划完成维护工作;
3. 负责班组维修记录和施工日志的录入监督工作,指导机械维护小组人员以及承包商人员正确处理动设备的故障;
4. 做好班组的各项培训工作,提升机械维护团队总体技术水平;.
5. 及时消除设备的缺陷及故障,分析故障原因,提高维护水平,建立设备检修档案;
6. 根据检修规程、施工方案做好装置停工检修的对口工作;
7. 贯彻巴斯夫湛江基地的EHS要求,并确保在整个团队中实施;
8. 为团队成员设定明确的业绩目标;
9. 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
岗位要求:
1. 大专及以上学历,化工或设备相关专业;
2. 具有15年以上化工装置设备维护经验,担任过至少5年以上班组管理的领导职位;
3. 具备生产人员的管理经验,并具有对设备运行有独到的建设性指导意见的能力;
4. 熟悉石化设备的性能和结构,具备一定的机加工知识;
5. 具备人员管理经验,尤其是培训和指导;
6. 具有良好的人际关系和影响力,工作业绩良好。
