Overview通过销售和执行区域计划,在指定的市场和客户中发展和发展业务,并有效地指导一线销售团队提高执行力。
Responsibilities1.与重点客户及经销商合作,负责新品的买进,门店促销及店面陈列;负责推动渠道客户的生意拓展;
2.确保所在区域门店陈列达到该区域"黄金陈列标准";渠道进行销售分析和发展策略计划;
3.与区域经销商讨论并提供潜在客户名单;研究区域竞争对手、消费者及市场的状况,并提出相应改善建议;
4.在所负责区域内拓展新的AB店,开拓市场;研究TT或MT渠道运作的合理性,建议运作模式;
5.在所在区域提供准确有效的协助,确保重点客户的店内执行稳步提升与门店理货员一起工作,提供必要辅导,定期进行一对一的反馈;
6.每周与团队成员开展切实有效的例会。
Qualifications1.大专学历以上,工作勤奋,热情;
2.三年以上快速消费品行业销售经验;
3.良好的客户沟通能力及销售技巧;
4.有活动策划、新品推广经验,熟悉批发、零售、商超等销售渠道;
5.对数字敏感,投资预算经验,工作计划性强。
