- 执行公司确定的销售计划、推广计划,每月保证拜访规定数量的目标客户,达到推广增长的效果;
- 组织产品手术应用科室推广会和学术会议,配合公司大型学术活动和销售活动,差异化竞争对手;
- 手术室OR销售,跟进医生产品使用情况,协助客户提高手术转化率和产品使用率、手术量增长;
- 配合设备销售团队进行产品推广、支持装机培训,参与完成患者教育项目的建立、对接、与实施,与其他团队协作完成客户手术技能操作培训等项目;
- 建立并管理、完善装机客户档案,管理市场产品价格、执行公司价格策略;
- 按公司规定合理使用各项费用,及时、准确执行报告系统(医院、费用、行政),及时汇报工作的进展,按公司要求填写SF1等销售管理工具,每天收发邮件。
- 管理代理商/配送商的运营和配送等客户服务,达到客户合理要求,保证客户产品及时配送、渠道畅通,提高客户服务质量;
- 配合上级经领导的协同拜访; 及时反馈市场信息 (客户、产品、竞争对手、招标等);
- 拓展增长目标客户Contoura Vision屈光手术转化率,达到任务目标水平
- 完成公司、团队临时指派的学术活动、跨区域支持、全国重点客户项目等工作任务。
- 统招本科学历,具有良好的学习能力和专业能力;
- 3年以上外企医疗耗材销售经验,优秀的合规意识,良好的独立办会能力;
- 勤奋积极,具有良好的沟通协调能力
- 负责过KOL医院,具备大客户管理经验;
