- 1.Developingproduct assembly process and test method strictly in line with productengineering specification;
- 2.Makingthe routing of assembly, calculate the cycle time and assembly hour;
- 3.Workingwith internal and external supplier on new assembly line, test equipment andfixture and installation progress;
- 4.Workingon the continuous improvement on product assembly line and process optimizationto meet company expectation on quality, cost and productivity;
- 5.Analyzingmain faults and reasons for process, product, CLR(customer line return),WR(warranty);
- 6.Guaranteeingthe function of operating equipment including documentation, drafting andupdating of flow chart, PFMEA,WI;
- 7.Training,instructing and supporting production department employees in matters ofproduction and process engineering.
- 8.Assist PJM to complete the workrelated to new customer development (Trail run、Full run、WI、Production released etc.)
- 9.Ability to organize, coordinate and make plans
- 10. Activelyidentifying claims potential resulting from engineering changes.
- 11.Preparing Run & Rate, obtaining assessment and all needed documentation forprocess approval / qualification of the start of production. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 1.Bachelordegree or above;
- 2.Atleast 2 year's experience on Manufacturing Engineering ;
- 3.GoodEnglish skill
- 4.Ownershipand leadership
