- 1 Bachelor degree, 5 years and above working experience/本科学历以上,五年以上工作经验
- 2 Has technical background/experience in machine build (from graduation orwork experience)/有产线设备建设经验
- 3 Has project management background/experience (from graduation or workexperience)/具备项目管理经验优先
- 4 Has background in automotive (PFMEA, PPAP, Milestones) is preferred/具备汽车行业背景优先
- 5 Fluent English, both speaking and writing./ 流利的英语口语和写作能力
