- 1.Developing product assembly processand test method strictly in line with product engineering specification;
- 2.Making the routingof assembly, calculate the cycle time and assembly hour;
- 3.Working with internal and externalsupplier on new assembly line, pre-acceptance & final acceptance;
- 4.Working on the continuous improvement on product assemblyline and process optimization to meet company expectation on quality, cost and productivity;
- 5.Analyzing mainfaults and reasons for process, product, CLR(customer line return),WR(warranty);
- 6.Guaranteeing the function of operating equipment includingdocumentation, drafting and updating of flow chart, PFMEA,WI;
- 7.Training, instructing and supportingproduction department employees in matters of production and processengineering.
- 8. Assist PJM & PJO to complete thework related the new customer development (trial run, full run, WI, productionrelease etc.) ensuring the project targets are being achieved or overachieved.
- 9. Ability to organize, coordinate andmake plans.
- 10. Actively identifying claims potentialresulting from engineering changes.
- 11. Preparing Run & Rate, obtainingassessment and all needed documentation for process approval / qualification ofthe start of production. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 1.Bachelordegree or above;
- 2.Atleast 5 year'sexperience on Manufacturing Engineering;
- 3.Good English skill.
