- As local champion of planning process, play a role of overall control of System and Field Upgrade sales forecast incl. monthly forecast (MOR), quarter end latest estimation (LE), and target annual planning (TAP). Ensure business risk and opportunity are timely reflected in financial forecast. Drive process improvement with incorporation of country business circumstances.
- Joint local deal (focus on BL APPs) preparation and internal negotiation together with VDT
- Support volume purchase agreement (VPA) accounting view review and validation
- Facilitate VPA execution monitoring by integrating business and financial information
- Closely work with China Account, BDM and BL to improve demand collection and alignment process
- Being the key user/ leading member of country for global analytic tool design, implementation.
- Interface and bridging consensus on sales operation, financial planning request, accounting booking with relevant parties to remove operational obstacles
- Support other ad hoc requests from Team Lead of China BI&C and China Country Finance Lead
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in the area of Accounting/Finance, Business Administration
- Ideally over eight-year experience in international companies and good understanding of organizational matrix.
- Successful track record in strong financial controls, planning, and analysis.
