工作内容:
每天接收外加工工厂保管员的原辅料入库信息,及时在M3系统录入工厂到货物料信息。必要时对到货的原辅料进行核对相关信息。 负责在M3系统中外加工工厂与公司各工厂之间的借货、还货、退料、破包料和过期料等物料的移库转库操作。 每日在M3系统中查看客户订货情况,并根据订单品种、数量、交货时间、外加工工厂车间生产能力等信息合理安排第二天的生产计划,包含产品和中间品。 如果生产中出现错料、原料不足、设备故障及其他原因造成生产计划无法正常执行,需要及时与客服、采购等相关人员联系,通报延迟生产等信息。 核对外加工工厂生产人员发送的生产结果报表,依据每批次的生产作业单,准确无误的在M3系统里录入车间原料的使用数量,原料批次,成品数量,工序等信息,做好成品入库和原料耗用汇报。 分析系统中原料汇报后财务成本和数量差异较大品种的产生原因,及时调整系统中不准确或者错误的原料或者成品数据。 月底打印盘点表,监督外加工工厂保管人员盘点,并定期抽查一些原料和成品。盘点后在系统中做好成本差异分析,上报领导审批后更新系统中的盘点数据。 监督原辅料库存情况,如果原料库存不足需要提醒采购部门紧急购买。 监控原料和成品过期情况,定期发送90天、60天、30天及过期物料监控预警。 负责生产和仓储各种信息数据统计,并完成每周和月底各项统计报表。 熟练操作物流助理岗位M3系统工作,必要时承担部分物流助理岗位职责。 其他领导安排的临时工作。
