    Job Description

    Essential responsibilities and duties
    The role of a BG Operations Quality Director is to ensure Operations strives continuously towards Total Customer Satisfaction.

    S/he ensures all actions in operations comply with the requirements of the Faurecia Excellence System, and to do so considering customer, Quality, Division, Business Group and Corporate guidelines.

    The main missions of the role are to:


    • Define BG Quality objectives, priorities and monitor progress.
    • Drive global quality improvement actions within plant operations in accordance with the Faurecia Excellence System.
    • Coach and teach DIvision & Plant Quality in Group and BG quality procedures & methods.
    • Ensure deployment of global horizontal quality activities within the BG
    • Ensure the compliance with all safety/ regulations requirements within operations.
    • Define relevant matrices and KPIs to monitor Business Group Quality performance and share with relevant stakeholders.
    • Audit manufacturing sites to assure compliance and progress to improvement activities.
    • Taka decision on Interruption of development, manufacturing or delivery of products when Quality is not assured.
    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate will have/be:
    o Bachelor's or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering with minimum of 15-17 years of professional experience
    o Ability to manage a complex network in a matrixed organization through strong influence
    o Automotive Electronics Manufacturing and Quality experience. Proven experience in dealing with customer quality topics, total customer satisfaction
    o Strong process orientation and experience in leading global teams (multi-regions) management experience
    o Proven experience in coaching teams
