2) 严格按检测标准/作业指导书等开展检测活动,检测前必须认真检查设备、环境条件、样品状态等是否正常,确保检测条件符合标准要求;
3) 主动接受监督员的监督,提供满足法定要求和客户合理要求的服务;
4) 做好检测过程的原始记录,包括:产品名称、规格、型号、检测依据的技术标准、检测方法标准,使用的设备名称及编号,环境条件、检测过程的记录及结果;
5) 保证检测所用设备的正常运行,负责日常维护;掌握一般的设备保养、检查和故障排除技能。当发现或怀疑设备存在问题时,及时向分析部主任报告并实施 追溯和采取必要措施;
6) 安全规范地开展检测活动,认真规范地填写原始记录。对有疑问的数据进行复验核对。如确有问题,应重新检测,并记录产生的问题和原因;
7) 遵守本公司的各项规章制度,维护并确保环境条件符合检测工作的要求;
8) 有权拒绝来自内部和外部的各种压力和影响,科学公正的开展检测工作;
9) 按要求开展内部质量控制活动,参加能力验证活动与实验室对比,接受内部审核。
10) 保护客户的机密和所有权。
任职资格:
1) 本科及以上学历,物理相关专业优先;
2) 了解ISO和ISO,熟练运用物理等相关知识进行日常测试工作
3) 有良好的本专业基础理论知识和专业知识,熟悉并掌握有关检测标准、检验方法及相关技术;
4) 具有在检验过程中对检测质量进行控制的能力;
5) 熟悉所使用拉力机性能、维护保养和量值溯源知识;
6) 掌握测量不确定度评定的方法,并能就所负责的检测项目进行测量不确定度评定。
