- In charge of reply customer inquiry about FPV products; Be central contact person for all issues related to the products and their application, to all sales teams in Asia Pacific region
- Provide the product solution based on customer request and assure the functionality of the solution in practice
- In charge of configuration of FPV products. Create new product code, Item Master, BOM, Routing, Group Reference Price, Performance Curve, Test specification, accessories, etc. for FPV order.
- Contact external supplier when special FPV component information is needed
- Assist to develop new product application
- Ensure the assembly of FPV products and help solve problems in product process
- Support Group in connection with new product introduction and create necessary documentation for the new products to be implemented in the production
- Assist in the work of optimizing the FPV products handling process and flow in GPC
- Take other tasks that maybe assigned by CSU Supervisor
- Bachelor degree or above,major in mechanical or pump;
- Above CET 4 English, Fluent oral English;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Package;
- Skill on Solid edge/Catia is preferred.
