- Project management for eCom projects
- Make project budget plan and control project cost via close tracking and cost analysis
- Project management docs preparation e.g. O-chart, PMP, baseline and etc.
- Project configuration management
- Track OPLs and guarantee project milestones based on project schedule planning
- Implement project QGs and P2COM
- Execute project meetings e.g. SE and StC meeting
- Take care of all project ordering proceduremet e.g. soft tooling, sample ordering, service ordering and etc.
- Sample management: interface to sample shop for sample ordering, components status and sample production plan tracking; Coordinator within ENG team for components purchasing, sample distribution and etc.
- Overall business plan and current forecast update for eCom business
- Yearly business plan and initial alignment with internal business partner, input aligned business plan to MCR
- Each current forecast update alignment with internal business partner and update MCR accordingly
- Business plan and current forecast update reporting to management
- Interface to plants and global stakeholders for industrialization coordination of eCom projects
- Keep close communication with internal business partner to get overall industrialization plan and make the plan for MCU industrialization accordingly
- Cooperate closely with the plant for industrialization execution to guarantee the milestones and cost target
- Follow company project development process and quality process
- Continuously improve local development process and ensure process compliance
- Other assigned tasks
