- 五年及以上汽车电子生产经验 岗位描述:
- 支持新产品导入
- 平衡和优化生产线产量,包括尽量减少转换和停工时间
- 监管机器管理数据,为实现最大化利用率和最小化机器产生的报废率
- 通过简化工艺和系统,提供创造性的方法来减少成本。
- 设计/购买生产工具,例如:钢网、真空板、波峰焊托盘和特定产品的设备和夹具
- 确保产品和零部件的工艺参数在可接受的公差范围内。质量符合行业要求(或者其他的标准)
- 配合生产线重新配置以及机器的移动,包括设备到达、放置以及安装
- 通过工艺改善,根本原因分析以及系统化问题解决,实现持续改进。
- 为 ME工程师和 ME 技术员提供指导、支持以及培训。
