- Manage the Chinese subsidiary of a mid-sized private-owned company specializing in capital goods for the automotive industry, taking full P/L responsibility.
- Formulate market and product strategies through close communication with key customers.
- Translate market requirements into effective solutions.
- Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for the company and its products, expanding business within the assigned area.
- Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with business partners.
- Ensure all activities align with the corporate mission, values, and code of conduct.
- Be accountable for P&L, company culture, code of conduct, and sustainable positive development, fostering a positive working environment for the team.
- Proven experience in managing a company with at least 140 employees.
- Familiarity with collaborating with foreign investors and reporting lines to international companies.
- Sales experience in capital goods and a related industry background.
- University degree in Electrical Engineering or IT; a master's degree, either obtained in China or abroad, is preferred.
- Background and education on the commercial side to run a company, such as an EMBA or commercial/legal education or relevant pre-experience.
- Solution-oriented with an integrated management style.
- Excellent communication skills and a charismatic presence.
- Professionalism and experience in managing complex business tasks.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; knowledge of German is desirable.
