职能描述:
1. 熟悉用户网络架构,远程调试、现场维护客户的广域网、局域网的网络与系统
2. 支持客户日常网络维护工作,同时承担相关业务设备的日常调试维护工作
3. 配合完成客户网络运维的相关工作要求,包括技术交流,方案撰写,设备配置,项目实施和产品培训等;
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业毕业;(能力优秀者可放宽至大专)
2. 熟悉主流厂家(CISCO\H3C\HUAWEI)等路由交换、防火墙设备,并且掌握厂家设备的调试命令;
3. 熟悉网络设备、服务器、小型机的安装、调试、维护;具备网络故障的分析、判断、解决能力;
4. 具有撰写技术文档和手册能力,良好的英文阅读能力;
5. 了解Winodws/Linux;
6. 了解Zabbix或其他运维系统
7. 有ITIL V3,V4/RHCE/CCNP/CCIE证书者优先;
