- Review/ update material planning and manage material availability: planning raw & packaging materials, ensuring that the production plan can be executed.
- Creation of purchase orders and information production planning on timelines.
- Inputs and maintains inventory stocking policies, including safety stock settings on raw & pack materials for existing, new, and phase-out products.
- Ensure master data correctness & proper housekeeping of transactional data.
- Support projects and process improvement to enhance the performance and efficiency of the required material planning activities.
- Needs coaching and support to operate from other planners and can manage low complexity planning processes.
- Leading the site to analysis slow moving and obsolete stock (SLOB) and deplete plan implementation.
- At least 5-year experience in Supply Planning in FMCG, Paint/Coating or Chemicals
- Expert on Supply Planning in SAP and BI
- Expert on International biz modelling together import and export procedures.
- Experience on coordinating teams and managing stakeholders.
- Focused on results. Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses, and synthesize recommendations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, flexibility and able to work under-pressure.
- Be able to work in English.
