Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the customer negotiations regarding the specifications of the products to be designed and define the functional specifications based on the customer requirements, manage the presentations for the developed products to the customer

Collect voice of customer and define requirements profile with custome to understand customer needs and bring in innovative and lead the agreement from customer

Manage the development of the design concepts for the products and manage the processes of product modification in regards to the technical specifications during the serial production

Establish and manage a cross-functional project team, organize project management in accordance with IATF16949 and ensure smooth program transfer from Project

Daily project management, drive and coordinate team members and related depart-mints to reach internal and external milestones and ensure APQP outputs being timely generated and documented

Organize regular project meeting, evaluate the potential risks / opportunities and implement action plans with team

Organize key project information to ensure project continuity and to contribute to knowledge/lessons learn management

Other tasks arranged by supervisors

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification education in the field of Engineering, major in mechanical or textile is preferred

Above 3 years experience in automotive or related

Familiar with drawing principle, GD&T, and vehicle development process, quality tools such as 8D and good at CAD and/or CATIA

Familiar with APQP clearly and excellent knowledge of filtration 、Nonwovens 、product design and relevant neighbor part

Have the ability of conflict management and response

Good ability to analyze and solve problems

Good communication skills and logical thinking ability

Good written and oral English, with good knowledge of PC application software
