- Technical school education background 中专学历
- Preferably with 1 year experience in a heat treatment operation role in a manufacturing environment在制造行业热处理操作员岗位上至少1年
- A team player with a wiliness to learn and follow work procedures 乐于学习并适应团队工作,遵守工作程序
- Load and unload material to/from heat treatment furnace daily日常上下料操作
- Ensure quantity of load and unload are correct 确保上下料的数量正确
- Ensure quality of products are in compliance确保产品质量符合要求
- Conduct Daily maintenance on equipment as per PM (production maintenance) requiremen根据设备保养计划开展设备日常点检和维护
- Adhering to safety procedures and requirements of environment, health and safety during machine operations 在操作机器过程中严格遵守安全程序,符合环境,健康和安全的要求.
- Doing routine 5S housekeeping and maintenance to take care of work area and equipment.开展日常5S清洁整理活动,保持工作现场和机器设备清洁.
- Check and monitor the status of machine and gauge, and report to shift leader and QA if it is abnormal.检查并确认机器及检具的状态,发现异常及时向领班、QA相关部门汇报.
