Responsibilities

• Lead a multifunctional in vivo (small animal) team focusing on support of the discovery of antivirals, vaccines, immunomodulators, and viral vector-based gene and cell therapeutics.
• Develop successful strategies for a small animal experimental platform using knowledge of virology, immunology and drug discovery, and scientific principles.
• Lead the team to achieve the objectives and to continuously develop the capabilities.
• Strive to enhance team's performance through efficient management of various resources.
• Establish and coordinate outsource collaborations.
• Involve in development of BD strategies through closely working with the supervisor and the BD teams.
• Ensure the team in compliance with all applicable regulations of the company.
• Document scientific findings and prepare manuscripts and patents.

任职资格:

Qualifications

• . in virology, cell biology, molecular biology, immunology, or other life sciences.
• 5+ years of working experience in virology, in vivo virology preferred, in industrial or academic institutes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the discovery and development of antivirals and vaccines.
• High motivation to embrace new technologies and tools.
• Proven capability and experience in managing and leading high-performance teams.
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, high ability to build personal relationship with all stakeholders.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking in Chinese and English.
