描述

职位描述:

1.熟悉医疗器械及药品微生物检测方法(无菌,内毒素,生物负载、微生物限度等)的标准,能根据客户需求准确设计、撰写、落实方案,并形成规范性报告;
2.撰写医疗器械、药品等微生物检测实验方案及报告,分析研究结果,准确评价实验结果;
3.掌握研究工作的进展,检查各种实验记录,确保实验中出现的偏离和采取的措施都被详细记录下来;试验结束后,实验资料的及时归档;
4.负责与客户及时有效的沟通,确保对合同(实验方案)的有影响的偏离都及时通知客户;
5.协助技术负责人对现有方法进行优化改进、持续保持技术的先进性;协助技术负责人进行新能力的开发和研究;
6.为实验室试验人员提供必要的技术培训和试验指导,为实验室试验设计、数据分析、结果解释等实验室活动提供技术支持,审核试验方案、试验报告;
7.参与实验室客户审核和官方机构审核,准备相关材料,并提供技术支持等。

任职资格:

1.微生物学、生物学、药学等相关专业,本科工作5年以上,硕士工作2年以上;
2.熟悉药品、医疗器械微生物检测相关方法,以及国内外相关标准,如EP, USP, AOAC, ISO以及中国药典等
3.熟悉各种微生物方法验证和仪器设备验证
4.较强的笔译和口语能力,能够撰写英文的方案和报告,能够流利沟通海外业务
5.具有出色的执行力,组织协调以及解决问题的能力,具备良好的团队合作精神
6.熟悉ISO17025 ISO13485 CNAS CMA GLP GMP体系者优先
7.熟悉消毒剂效力验证以及可重复使用医疗器械再处理验证者优先
