描述
:1. Responsible for antibody purification, testing (concentration, purity, endotoxin, etc.), and related work. Responsible for eukaryotic cell culture, plasmid transfection, and other cell experiments.
2. Improve and perfect the SOP of the laboratory positions.
3. Ensure the authenticity of experimental data.
4. Cooperate to complete some exploratory experiments.
5. Actively learn new experimental positions.
6. Adhere to company regulations and laboratory SOPs.
7. Improve the coordination ability of laboratory positions to facilitate the stable operation of the entire laboratory process.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in a life science-related major.
2. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in cell culture, antibody expression, and other molecular biology techniques.
3. Preference will be given to those who have a passion for life science experiments.
4. Familiar with basic knowledge of molecular biology.
5. Willing to learn new knowledge, with a consciousness of problem discovery, analysis, and resolution.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7. Proficient in using computer office software and have a certain level of English reading ability.
岗位职责:
1.负责抗体纯化、检测(浓度、纯度、内毒素等)等相关工作;
2.负责真核细胞培养、质粒转染等细胞实验;
3.提升并完善实验室岗位的 SOP;
4.确保实验数据的真实;
5.配合完成一些探索性实验;
6.主动学习新的实验岗位;
7.遵守公司规章制备以及实验室 SOP;
8.提升实验室岗位的协调能力来配合整个实验室流程的稳定运行。
任职资格:
1.生命科学相关专业本科以上学历;
2.有细胞培养,抗体表达等分子生物学经验者优先;
3.热爱生命科学实验者优先;
4.熟悉分子生物学相关基础知识;
5.愿意学习新知识,具有发现问题,分析问题和解决问题的意识;
6.有较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力;
7.熟练使用电脑办公软件以及有一定的英语阅读能力。
