    Description

    The Sales Manager will drive equipment/parts sales in Terex Fuchs China market. Key responsibilities will include the development of a sales plan, analysis of selling, expansion of sales channels, mining of potential customers, feedback on aftersales support requirements, and input on specific product requirements for the region. The incumbent should proudly feel part of Terex Fuchs China team and be motivated to communicate clearly and effectively to ensure the business needs in China are met, and can quickly be successful and achieve business growth.

    Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Lead the development of regional strategic business plans to successfully achieve/exceed targets for sales and market share with assigned region in China.
  • New business development including sales and marketing strategies.
  • Determine and implement required routes to market including direct sales as well as potential distributor identification, appointment and development.
  • Establish sales forecasts and secure sales orders according to goals.
  • Maintain overall management of the sales process.
  • Strongly support to Sales Director to fulfill the overall target in China
  • Performance manager of whole team
  • Maintain effective control of sales budget and expenses
  • Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and distributors
  • Communicate and train customers and distributors on the features and benefits of equipment.
  • Receive feedback on existing products and services, as well as changes, enhancements and new product opportunities.
  • Participate in key industry associations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position.

  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in business or engineering is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • A minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role in a related field, preferably in a multinational company
  • Proven sales growth record.
  • Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of managing a diverse customer base.
  • Proactive in New Business Development and the ability to gain new customers.
  • Willing to accept change, manage priorities, and provide the necessary and timely commitments to ensure company success.
  • Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with internal and external partners.
  • Proactive thinking and ability to lead through initiative.
  • Travel:

  • Approximately 70% travel required.
