    Key accountabilities / How You Will Spend Your Days

  • Develop regional standards.
  • Lean Green & Yellow belt certification training
  • Manufacturing cost focus and weekly follow-up review
  • Best practices sharing regional and global.
  • Lead and support regional specific key projects.

  • Regional Manufacturing Costs Savings
  • Regional Lean status score

    • Technical Knowledge and Skills

  • Advanced problem-solving tools.
  • 6 Sigma problem analysis methodology
  • Fundamentals of Statistics Process Control tools
  • Cross functional experience min. 5 years
  • Lean (Advanced): 5S's, 8 wastes, value, TPM, SMED, single piece flow and VSM.
  • Good understanding of customers supplier relationships.
  • Quality control methodology, FTT and PPM's KPIs awareness
  • Confirmed Six Sigma expertise.
  • Improvement methodologies, 6 Sigma, PDCA, Lean, Kaizen
  • Electronic product design for assembly
