职位描述:
•工作职责:
1.负责临床试验样本的管理,如:样本的接收、信息登记,存储、查询、寄送和销毁等;
2.及时处理各类样本信息问题,并及时反馈项目组和研究中心并协助解决问题;
3.对样本进行确认、分发、及确保样本符合要求;
4.撰写样本管理相关的SOP等;
5.监控样本的流转过程,并协助QA的工作,及进行相关培训;
6.对样本管理过程中出现的问题能详尽反馈,并收集并整理相关数据,完成项目主管交代的其他实验室相关任务;
7.负责耗材的管理,如:耗材的准备,发放寄送,耗材问题的解决等;
任职资格:
1.大专或者本科以上学历,有一定的样本管理或相关经验;
2.具有临床试验样本管理工作经验者优先;
3.工作责任心强、踏实勤奋、有团队协作精神和管理协调能力,有一定的沟通协调能力;
4.细心,有较强的条理性;
5.熟练操作Office办公软件,能够学习其他计算机化管理系统;
6.乐于从事样本管理员的工作。
