- Overall supplier management within commodity of Hydraulic, pneumatics, solenoids.
- Manage supplier APQP activities to ensure project flawless launch.
- Take the initiative and necessary actions to ensure the suppliers meeting all requirements and specifications during every business phase.
- Close monitoring supplier KPI and drive continuous improvement to meet target.
- Perform supplier process audit. Leading escalated quality topics and support VAVE activity.
- Leading new supplier development in collaboration with purchasing to fulfill business strategy.
- Automotive business experience 5+ years.
- Experience on quality or supplier management 3+ years.
- Familiar with AIAG Quality tools, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC,
- VDA 6.3 Auditor, certificate plus.
- Sig Sigma Green Belt (recommended).
- Good Problem-Solving techniques experience (mandatory).
- Fluent in written and speaking English and Local Language Chinese.
- Good teamwork.
