Material field strategy management, well known about market and business unit requirement, and define material field strategy according to internal and external requirement, prefer experience of electronics purchasing and with project purchasing experience.
Supplier management, supply chain risk assessment, negotiation with suppliers, supplier mentoring
Contract management, well known about the contract process and sign the contract according to DCM digital signing process
- Sourcing process management, well known about the sourcing process and finish the sourcing process timely
- Cost analysis, be able to understand the cost structure and bring solutions on cost control
- Risk management on material field level and on supplier level
