职责描述 1、根据竞品调研以及行业趋势,确定场景方案定价,以及核算场景方案中家电、家居每个产品组件的成本占比;2、按照不同户型下场景方案的家电家居配置,核算场景方案的成本,确保客户的毛利;
3、建立家电家居等产品以及场景方案的成本管控体系,达到降本增效的目的,同时通过成本的合理管控提升用户体验;
4、定期组织开展家电家居产品以及场景方案的成本分析与标准成本执行情况对比分析,提出成本管理中存在的问题以及解决方案; 任职要求 1、本科及以上学历;
2、在家电、家居、室内设计团队中负责成本预算等相关岗位5年以上工作经验;
3、熟悉行业及竞品产品,了解终端客户及用户需求,具备较强的数据处理能力;
4、具有良好的组织协调及沟通能力,抗压能力强,具备主导跟进项目的能力;
