- 核定产品的标准生产工时,制定并完成PIP计划,确保生产效率的提高;
- 规划产品的生产工艺流程,设计相应的工装夹具及模具;
- 作业指导书的编制和培训,生产现场的定制;
- 重点工序和一般工序的控制,工序能力评定;
- 操作类社会反馈的分析和改善,优化设计,合理改进工艺;
- 提高产品的精细化水平和产品质量,减少产品的生产成本;
- 参与外协加工厂的资格评审、新产品零部件的验证及产品零部件图纸的会签;
- 维护标准产品中辅助零部件的BOM准确性并对新产品BOM进行审核;
- 维护SAP数据,包括产品工艺路线,BOM零部件工位对应关系及物料小车,BOM零部件控制周期等;
- 完成相应商业道德的课程学习,并遵守商业道德规范.
- 配合EH&S部门工作,包括BBS改善等;
- 支持部门Cx目标的完成;
