- Manage the operation of our social content platform to proactively engage customers through content marketing, nurturing, and generating demand.
- Generate sales tools that support our sales team in effectively communicating the benefits of Thermo Fisher Total Solutions.
- Develop and enhance training programs to improve internal stakeholders' adoption of marketing contents and sales tools.
- Establish a tracking mechanism to monitor the performance of marketing content and sales tools, optimizing content generation and distribution.
- Provide support for other strategic marketing programs aimed at improving customer engagement and sales enablement.
- Support social media platform operation including customer engagement, content development and promotion calendar maintenance.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital, social media, product, or content marketing, preferably in a multinational corporation (B2C/B2B) or top agencies.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to navigate ambiguity and challenges.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
- Proficient in digital marketing techniques and a keen interest in exploring new technologies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Fluent in both business English and Mandarin.
