    We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineering Manager.

    Business: Regional CIO - ASP

    Principal responsibilities

  • Lead and accountable for the end-to-end project delivery of HASE WSB credit & lending and Power Platform relevant intiatives
  • Closely collaborate and communicate with internal customers and stakeholders in HASE, and understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with other HASE IT teams for any cross teams projects or tasks.
  • Proactively engage with group IT domains engineering / architect teams to capture the latest solution/standard.
  • Drive the service improvement, with agile and continuous improvement strategy.
    • Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 10 years +project management experience in leading the end-to-end delivery in credit & lending and workflow solutions
  • Solid knowledge of development methodologies specifically Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Require solid application development experiences on Microsoft Power Platform, Dyanmic365 and Azure Cloud
  • Exposure on GCP, AWS is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
  • Strong team spirit, quality oriented and attentive to details.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
