Lancaster Social Media & Advocacy Manager
This is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Social Media & Advocacy Manager for Lancaster, you are responsible for Lancaster.
Your main focus:
End to end marketing campaign planning and execution
Understand China beauty market dynamics with implication to develop assigned marketing campaigns.
Identify local consumer relevant product USP and communication message and plan for 360 marketing communication mix including ATL and BTL programs.
Lead the planning and execution with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaign activities.
Track the key launches performance and adjust the execution plan accordingly to secure the result delivery.
Closely work with channel partners to support business needs
Manage official social accounts on RED/weibo/wechat/douyin and explore new opportunities for consumers/fans relationship cultivation, in respect of content creation, consumer engagement, and experiential event.

Familiar with beauty marketing activity trends and new news
Solid experience in social-ecommerce dynamics

Self-starter and passionate of beauty industry
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or above
6+ years working experience in marketing/communication related background.
Solid working experience in cosmetic marketing of international brands preferred.
