Main Job Purpose
Act as media partner, drive media planning quality and execution excellence in terms of:
1.Media strategy.Work with media agency to develop media strategy and plan across MSP and content sponsorship, digital media activation and social KOL seeding.
2.Media execution. Land media plan into execution , closely track performance andoptimize.
3.Drive corporate media initiatives (media JBP, etc).
4. Competitor media activity tracking and analysis.
5. Build internal media know-how.
Act as social media expert, working with brand team to drive social media execution excellence supported by multi-agencies.
Owns social media from insights, data, technology and analytics.

Job Requirements
1.6+ years working experience in digital media, must have 1yr+Redbook & Douyin media operation hands-on experience. Inhouse media team and 4A media agency background preferred.
2.Down to earth, detail orientated, strong communication and influential skills.
3.Fast learner and self-motivated
